Where do I need to sign up?
For easier transaction, you may sign up by clicking the "Become a Member " button above or you may visit our office or kiosk during company events to personally accomplish the membership form.
How do I use my VIP Card?
As a mandatory requirement to avail your card benefits, please ensure to have your correct community card number, your full name ,as well as the correct answer to the security question set prior to any transaction.
How do I renew my Membership?
To renew your membership, you may click or or you may visit our office or kiosk during company events to personally accomplish the membership form.
Can I share my VIP Card to someone else?
No. Your VIP Community Card is NOT transferable and is valid for use only if presented when processing any transaction with Mihwariy.
Where can I get the physical card?
Upon signing up, your card will be provided to you personally or delivered to your home address nominated during the registration. A delivery fee of PHP 200.00 will be charged for Student, Silver, and Gold Plans but FREE for Platinum, Silver, and Lifetime Plans. Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Can I purchase additional plan under my name?
Yes. You can avail additional plans at anytime.
What if I lost my physical card?
Request for Card Replacement is required for a fee of PHP 200.00 which may be increased at any time by Mihwariy without need of prior notice.
